My 23 month old has small yellow marks on his 4 top and bottom teeth which have been there since his teeth came through.Been to see the dentist and doesn't seem worried about it.Say's it has happened when he was developing.I'm worried that his teeth will rot or they might also be on his adult teeth.Anyone else experienced this?
