swaddling at 3 month

ive started swadding my little girl she is 3 months as she seems to sleep better like this, is this ok at this age or shall i not bother, dont want to think she cant streth too much

Do whatever works! If she sleeps better like this then go for it. I know a 16 month old who still likes to be swaddled, it's comforting. If she feels restricted then she wouldn't be sleeping well and when she doesn't want to be swaddled she'll let you know by not going to sleep and waking frequently. x

Agree with meandmyjoe. No harm at all. Much older babies are swaddled.
Sounds as though your dd likes it.
