how to stop ds2 chasing kittens saying my tittens,my tatty!

hes 2.5 years.i keep saying not to chase them as theyll be scared,he has been ever so good with them but today he keeps chasing them saying 'but my tittens,my tattys'

i might change there names to titten and tatty.hes now trying to get one to play with a ballon.

aww bless him...good name idea there...Titten and Tatty...very cute

otherwise, I think persistence is the only way to stop him chasing him....
maybe there are some stories about this....sometimes tehy seem to take in stories and wtheir "lesson" better than when you keep telling them...
but no idea if there is a book about Kittens like and dislike...

Borrow my kitten! That will stop him! My DS (9) is terrified of her! She lays in wait behind doors until he comes past and pounces. Climbs up his trouser legs with claws out to full extent. We think she knocked his glassess of the work top last night and played with them - becasue we can't find them this morning! She jumps up on the table to steal his dinner. I have had to get a cage to put her in whilst we eat!

DD on the other hand loves her - they both scream at the top of their voices when she is in hunting mode though!

The cat will soon stop him when it's had enough. A hissing bundle of fur, teeth and claws tends to be a bit put them off. Just hope the claws don't do too much harm.

My LO learnt this lesson a few weeks ago when his grans nutty cat decided to turn on him. Now he approaches all cats with caution.

The chicken has to teach him not to chase them too as I'd repeatedly asked him not to chase the chickens or torment them. He only learn when one of the 'ick icks' turned on him and pecked him really hard on the hand. Now he treats them with respect and only strokes them when we are holding them. He also tells us that 'ick icks no play ball' and has stopped kicking the ball in their direction.
