My 10 month old has started opening up his mouth really wide, sticking his tongue out and attaching his mouth to my cheek / face. Literally he launches at me and I am covered in his dribble!
Is this a 'kiss'?

Ah, lovely. I remember those kisses, and that slightly sticking feeling afterwards.

My god son does this to me when I look after him too - priceless.

i need a towel now! it is funny, but i get covered. he makes this noise as well when he goes in for it and the look of concentration is hilarious. he is quite forceful with it too, he'll be rugby tackling soon

Oh that's so sweet!

Yep, sounds like it. They are so cute. Better than my little brother who used to headbut if you asked for a kiss.

My DS gave big wet kisses like that on the lips (refused to kiss peoples cheeks) for months and has only just worked out how to pucker up...

All cuddles come with the sound 'ahhhh' for some reason too

It's lovely !! My boy does this with his arms tight round my neck and goes "Mmmmmm" and then pats my back !! I love it
