Tiptoe walking

I posted this on Special Needs but thought I'd give it a try here too.
My dd has dyspraxia and AS and has walked on her toes since she first started walking, she is now 8 and still does it constantly. When she was seen by orthotics and physio a few years ago they didn't seem overly concerned.
We went to buy new school shoes yesterday and I asked her to put her feet down while she walked and I was quite shocked. One of her feet really turns in when she walks flat footed and looks very awkward. Sounds really bad that I haven't noticed.
I think I'll go to GP for a referral.
Has anyone got any experience of this, has your "child grown out of it" or had any treament?

My ds is dyspraxic and has flat feet. He has special insoles from the orthotics dept to lift his flat feet up.

ask for orthotics and physio assessment. time to get it done again.
