Too numerous to list here but i was wondering if your tots have had close shaves with danger?
I only ask because tonight ds was messing with a coat hanger, hooked a wire hanging down and almost ended up with my hair straightners embeded in his skull....missed by about 2 inches .
I cant tell you the number of times he was JUST about to do something and i have caught him in the nick of time!
You think that you think of every thing as well dont you.....

DS1 (14 months) head, shoulder and one leg through the railings of a 5th floor balcony which was complete with safety netting. I was on the balcony hanging towels/swimwear out to dry.

Neither DS1 or DS2 have been on a balcony since without DH or I inches away from them.

well my friend's 8 year old climbed out of a first floor window onto a conservatory roof when visiting friends yesterday (yep she's autistic). She then escaped from the back garden hurdling the fences and ended up in a garden a few doors down.

DS1 just sticks to flinging himself in front of cars.

DS2 is very sensible, although he did appear eating one of ds1's poos when he was about 18 months- does that count?

dd1 was on the top bunk when she was 3yrs old. i was on the phone at the time next to the bed. she went flying over the edge and i caught her and she missed the floor by about 4inches. i had her by the back of her t-shirt.
