Worried about ds (2yrs) after seeing HV

Ds had his 2 yr check today, and the HV said she wants to review in 2 months as she seems to think he may have some behavioural problem. He isn't talking much, and is hyper, he is quite violent towards people, kids more though, i thought he was a typical boy, but i do find him hard work, his tantrums are terrible atm.

What sort of things should i be looking out for?

Thanks

Pucca, chances are that things are ok. She is just doing her job and if needbe, preparing to support you. My friend has afairly aggressive ds and her HV has been a Godsend.

Sorry pucca, I have never had a good experience with HVs. So my ds, who is 2 at the end of the month, will not be having his 2 year check becuase I know they will say:

1)He is not talking enough (dd was the same but is 3 now and talking is fine and

  1. He is verging on overweight although they never take into account that he is really tall

Ds can't sit still, slams doors and throws things. Typical boy.

Please don't worry.
