Crying in bath

DD who is now 14 wks has loved her bath since she was about 4 wks old. She sits on a little seat inside the baby bath.
For the past few days, she has started screaming when she is put in the bath. Twice, she has calmed down once I have started singing to her and washing her but the other 2 times, she has been hysterical and I have taken her straight out.

Any ideas what is going on?

Is the water temp ok? has it changed recently?
Maybe she would rather lie down than sit? Make the water quite shallow and let her kick about on her own for a bit?
