6 months old very inactive

my dd 6 months old used to babble a lot and was very active all thru the day she used to kick and laugh all the time. from couple of days she's very quite & stopped to babble i'm really very worried about her. she doesnt seem unwell its just she's a bit quite.

Is she ill? If she's still quiet tomorrow, a chat to health visitor might help.
Also, can she hear OK? Try dropping a toy on the floor behind her or saying her name. (Children with hearing problems can go quiet around 6 months bacause that's when babble turns into the early stages of speech).

yes she can hear well. but its the babble thats has stopped i wonder why i must go to the doctor i'm really worried
