Frustrating stange

Help my dd is 7 months and we are going through a stage where she gets frustrated coz she cannot move... as soon as you put her down on her back she turns herself over and then gets stuck.... any ideas how to help her move??

Hi hayleylou. Have you tried putting a toy or other fascinating object- bunch of keys?- just out of her reach and seeing if she can edge towards it? I guess she might find that extra frustrating if she finds it doesn't work though! Or is she sitting yet? Mine used to like sitting surrounded by covetable items picking them up and putting them down again. I think distraction is the key really but it can be a difficult stage.
