15mo grinding teeth?

Have been keeping dummies for bedtime and naps only recently, but in the last few days I've noticed DD is grinding her teeth a lot. She's only got 10 teeth and I don't want them to be ground down to stumps so soon!

So am I right to think there's not much I can do about it? And is it common or is she a freak??

Very common, perfectly normal, won't damage her teeth.
