Anyone have DC with this?
Have you bothered telling school or any other caregiver?
Is there any practical impact on their lives?
We have it in my family - hence passed to my DT. I dont recall anyone in my extended family taking any special care about it (except to avoid broadbeans and mothballs ... hardly likely in day-to-day life!).
Don't want to make a big deal about it if I don't need to. But dont want to be reckless either.
