15 month old non stop screaming

Help, I’m DESPERATE!!

My little boy constantly screams and I don’t mean non stop crying screams. It’s random, also happy, also tantrum screams. There’s no specific trigger but it’s every 2 minutes throughout the day. Distraction does help. But I can’t help but worry so so much. He’s been doing it since 5 months and it’s ear piercing loud!
He’s very vocal in general, picks up words really easily and copies us a lot but I’m worried the level of screaming is not normal and after 10 months of it now, I can’t really call it a phase like everyone says.
We can’t go out as it’s so embarrassing. We’ve had comments how loud it is. He’s 15 months now

Has anyone experienced this? What was the outcome and did you do anything to help?
We try ignore him but it’s not working.

Sorry forgot to say, all other areas I’m not concerned. He’s hitting his milestones, claps, points, understand a lot of what we say. Responds to his name although questionable when outside as he just wants to run everywhere. He’s VERY active

Is there anything else going on like CMPA and how is he if you give him a dose of Calpol?
