Resting bitch face

I have something like resting bitch face. Or in any case my general voice and demeanor is not one that people feel comfortable around. I try smiling, but the smile i give seems to be an awkward.

Has anyone had this problem and mostly conquered it? Are there any tips you can give or resources to point me towards? (acting classes, a particular professional coach, that sort of thing. Or something else?)

I'd like to be "approachable" or at least not unapproachable.

No idea in that one sorry @whirlingswirlingsaucepan. What does your smile look like in the mirror?

I think it looks fine in the mirror, but I get the impression it looks forced from other people's reactions.

I know this might sound like a bit of an odd suggestion but I would read How to Win Friends and Influence people. It’s been in print for around 90 years for a good reason, it’s an excellent book.
