Infantile acne

My beautiful 2.4yo ds has acne! To be fair, the pimples probably aren't too noticable, but he does get some whopping white heads.

Has anyone had any experience of this? Washing with soap is supposed to help, but I'd like to find something that's not too harsh - I'm definitely not planning on buying any clearisil just yet!

dd has sn and has had her fair share of skin trouble. if you go to your gp. they can prescribe a skin wash/cream. (sorry can't remember the name) it is very mild and does help.
