High lead and calcium levels in a 15 month old with delays

Has anyone’s littles ones bloods come back stating
high levels of LEAD and calcium. 15 month old delayed in all areas and low muscle tone also?

Not something I've encountered but could he have ingested something? Put something in his mouth with high levels of lead?

Lead is an unusual one. I’d be looking at what crockery you’re using. Lots of the imported stuff contains lead on the glaze.
