How tall is your 3.5 year old?

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone's well

I was just wondering how tall roughly your 3.5 year olds are? Particularly daughters.

Reason I ask, my daughter is about 102cm at 3.5Y old. I knew she was on the taller side but never thought she was massive until so many people kept commenting "gosh isn't she really tall?"... I never paid any mind at first until the comments got constant.

I of course only care about my daughter being healthy but I am a little worried it may give her a complex when she gets older. Obviously she is the height she is and nothing can change with that anyway. I just wonder if she's massively tall or just tall lol with her peers, she's slightly taller but I wouldn't say she towers over them.

For ref, I am quite tall myself at 5'7 and her dad is around 6'1 so I know her being tall is inevitable lol

Same! My daughter was 105cm last time I measured her, at about 3yrs 3months. I’m about 5’6 and her dad is 6’4. I also worry about her having a complex but we try to say positive things and let her know she’s tall like daddy. We work generally on body positivity and live in quite a sporty environment, so hope she’ll appreciate her body for what she can do down the line, if she turns out as sporty as she seems to be heading.

Yes, definitely! :) just gets annoying when it seems to be the first thing people immediately comment on lol. I'd never noticed it too much until people kept constantly saying it

Thank you for your reply
