Toilet training

Toilet training a 3 yo boy.
stubborn in nature
doesnt have any accidents in nursery. Very happy there. He sometimes misses and gets the floor but they’re used to it there and have hired help to keep washing the floors. No biggie.
gets home and always says he doesn’t need but then wets himself. So we remove the trousers. Then the reminders, nope doesn’t want to go. But then he does a poo on the floor. Every. Single. Day!
so we made a rule, must go to toilet when coming home. But he won’t go and he’s too big for me to carry. We’ve tried incentives and alarms and everything I can think of but he’s worlds most stubborn boy.
I’ve had a chat and told him that from tomorrow he’s to go to toilet straight away without arguing and he’s understood and agreed but
HELP! any ideas??

And as I’ve said that he’s done another wee on the floor. That’s the third accident this hour. I can’t anymore!

Does he have any incentives to go to the toilet? Do you give him a book to look at and a snack and drink afterwards?

Would he accept sitting in the potty instead wheb he gets home and watching the TV?

Don't put yourself throught this no good will come of it. Go back to nappies.
If he has 3 accidents in an hour he doesn't have the control you might think he has or wants him to have.

This won't scare him for life or make him go backwards (remember 3 accidents an hour cant get much worse)

He will get it don't worry

We dont have a tv. Lots of incentives
he ended up being very ill later in the day so I guess that explains it.
yesterday no accidents, today he’s wet his trousers and done a poo on the floor. I was less on top of reminding him today
no accidents at nursery
