dd21 hairpulling other dcs at nursery please help?

is this a "normal" toddler behaviour?

she does it when they have toys she wants, nursery seemed quite concerned.

dh has been away for 3 days think she may be missing him?

if anyone has any advice/experience with this it would be gratefully received.

Thanks for replying, worried she might be expelled from nursery or something, they don't seem to think it's normal

Very normal - was a room leader of 1-2's for a while - if they think it's a problem, ask them what they are going to do about it - they should have a behaviour policy in place, to help - but it's normal and they won't expell her
