Child sleep issues when becoming dry at night??

My LG (nearly 4) has been a pretty rubbish sleeper since the 2 year regression but the last few nights it's gotten ridiculous because she literally can't stay asleep unless I'm with her. The only thing I can think of that's changing is she's been dry overnight for those nights, which is the longest she's gone so far. Is it a thing that sleep can become problematic as they develop the dryness hormone? It's not like she's waking because she needs a wee cos she would tell me. Either that or she's just decided to be a pain in the arse and not let me sleep
