I get blockages and milk blebs every couple of days, I’ve tried everything, does anyone else have this issue?

I’m sorry you’re struggling @Joni566. Are you getting any RL support? Does LO have any of these symptoms?

My LO had a tongue tie division at 8 weeks, I started off not being able to breastfeed her and have gradually worked up to it. But it feels like a constant challenge, not knowing if she’s getting enough, sometimes expecting my breasts to be full again and then she fusses like there’s not any there. She often falls asleep during feeding. She is correct weight etc, but it’s just exhausting as I am constantly thinking about whether o should be feeding her. Then I have these blockages on top of that whcmich stop milk flowing, so whenever she’s fussy, I worry there’s a blockage. It feels neverending, I get irritable if I’m with anyone because I feel like I need to concentrate on her feeding, I’m distracted all the time. And yet it’s really important to me to continue breastfeeding, I just don’t know how to relax a bit more

Ok so it sounds as though you’ve both had a difficult start but you’ve managed, despite TT, to get to fully EBF and her weight is good so you’re both obviously doing something right

If you’re getting regular blockages it might help worth getting her checked again for TT as sometimes they can reattach. Have a look at the list of Tongue Tie Practitioners here.
