14 months old shaking head

My 14 month old never used to shake their head but in the last 2 days she's started doing it repeatedly. It's not all the time but she is doing it more than what i would deem as normal. My partner (their dad) is convinced it's an autism sign. Before I talk to a health visitor or GP is this normal and they grow out of it? Or should I be concerned?

More likely to be teeth or an ear infection if it’s only started in the last few days.

If your DP is worried about ASD I’d ask them ehat other signs they’ve spotted.
