has anyone else had a similar experience?
My baby is weak on 1 side, he doesn’t use his right arm very well. Saw the paediatrician this week who asked if his features resemeble anyone as he suspects a syndrome (he looks exactly like his dad did as a baby) i a have now got to wait for an MRI and genetic testing which could take a long time so now I’m panicking.
I tested high risk for downs when pregnant and then the nipt came back low.
Palm creases are normal.
Development slightly behind- no sign of crawling but does roll over but no other concerns.
Has the osteopath Saturday so hoping they help and we’re starting physio too.
Literally the most lovely baby ever we’re ever so lucky!

Our DC1 has had genetic testing but as an adult. It must be worrying as a baby as you are probably wondering how he will develop as he gets older? Tge fact that he looks so much like his DF must be helpful though? Hopefully any little quirks will just be like his Smile

It’s pretty scary. I am hoping they’re just doing it as a precaution. It certainly hadn’t crossed my mind so was a big shock for us all!
