Drop in height centiles

My 16 month old girl who was between 50-75th centile in height when born has dropped back so the 12th centile for her height. She was 50cm at birth and is now 76cm. She has CMPI and is on neocate we are on step 12 of the milk ladder and is generally well and meeting all her milestones but im so worried as to why shes dropped ao much. My other daughter was always small from birth and sits around 30th centile now at almost 5 and im 5ft 6 and my husband is 5ft 11ish.

I had gestational diabetes during pregnancy but she was only 6lb 12oz at birth could it be that shes just adjusting to her natural height. Shes 11kg in weight now.

my son as on 90th percentile for both height and weight after being born a month premature. But he slowed and by the time he was about 14 years old was 12th percentile. Peds dr explained that pregancy affected birth weight etc - and my son was now being the right height and weight for him. He eventually did grow and is now 6ft and still growing. Given your and your hubbies height plus other child I suspect no cause for concern but speak to gp.
i was lying down in a hospital bed for last 3 months (twin pregnancy) and eating a lot so he was a big new born.
