Bed wetting aged 3

My 3 nearly 4 daughter has been dry through the night since August, she used to wake up in the night and call us for a wee. But last 3 weeks she is wetting most nights, I have tried everything. Restricted fluids before bed, had her do wee at 11pm when I go to bed but nothing changes. She says she doesn't wake up or she doesn't want to get out of bed. Had urine screened she doesn't have infection. Nothing has changed in her life. My two options are return to pull ups or set an alarm at 2am to wake her to wee as this when she tends to wet. Advice please for a sleep deprived mum.

Personally I would return to pull-ups. Having a wet bed every night isn’t going to be pleasant for either of you.

I'd definitely try putting her in a nappy or pull-up (advantage of pull-ups being she can take herself for a wee if she does wake). If she's unhappy about it, you can reassure her that it's just until her body remembers how to be dry at night and reassure her that it's not her fault, although I know both of mine would have found this hard.

If going back to nappies doesn't work, you could try one of the reusable bedwetting pads on top of the sheets, and fleece-type blankets dry really quickly, but that's still going to be a lot of washing if it's every night.
