DC (3) has expressive language delay and is unable to tell me anything about their day unless I guide the conversation and they’ll occasionally repeat/respond to what I’ve said. They’ve just started putting two words together & their speech can be unclear with some initial consonant deletion eg stick is ‘ick’
We are waiting for initial SALT assessment.
