We started loosely training my 27 month old on the potty a few weeks ago. He’s taken really well to the wees but not the poos. He will wee on demand and randomly ask to wee on potty/ toilet. We have been using pants but on a trip away / evenings out used a pull up but he’s stayed dry and used the toilet. My worry is that we are a few weeks in and he is still having the odd accident and still not comfortable pooing on the potty. I’m worried that I’ve started him too soon but he does ask for the potty now. Do I persist with the pants? How long should we expect accidents for?
