My 22 month old is usually so good at bedtime but for the past few days or so she isn’t wanting to go in her cot for a nap or bedtime, she screams and is distraught every time I put her in and will scream for ages not wanting to give in. I pick her up and give her a cuddle and she calms down then doesn’t want to go back into her cot again and it’s a constant cycle, I let her cry it out for a while but I can’t let her cry like that to sleep i feel horrible seeing her so distraught. She is fighting her naps usually she will do an hour or so each day but now the only way I’ve been able to get her to nap is by taking her for a drive and she has a half hour nap in the car for the past few days and I don’t want that to become a habit. Any advice please, I’m losing my marbles 🥲
