Should preface this and say i had bad PPD/PPA and its still very much lingering..

i have some developmental concerns about my 11 month old, but not sure if i’m just obsessing. I’ve had a whole concern that shes autistic since being a newborn, but i’m well aware that was a reflection of my mental state rather than my baby!

cant help but feel like my 11m old is a bit behind with communication, she wont pass me or show me objects, waves sporadically and doesnt point. Her babbling is hit or miss, she can go weeks with minimal babbling, then weeks where she babbles none stop (although i think she reduces her babbling when learning new skills). At the moment she will only babbles ‘mama’, but i dont think she says mama with purpose. I cant imagine her having any words by 12m (which is a few weeks away), she sometimes copies me saying ‘no’ by saying ‘na’ but wouldnt use it in context. Some weeks shes great at trying to imitate what you say, other weeks shes just looks at me and laughs!

on the other hand she is very smiley and giggly, and interactive! Shes just started going through some seperation anxiety and very much wants cuddles off me. If you ask her to clap, she claps. If you ask her to bang or shake objects she does that. If you ask her to have a drink of water she will do that also.

another concern is that shes still not pulling to stand - but shes v close to, which is why i think the babbling has reduced.

anyone been through anything similar? My HV check was a bit pointless, they didnt run through the ASQ with me.
