Almost 5 year old still in pull ups at night

When do I start to worry? My daughter is 4y10m and has been dry in the day since 2.5 she’s started school last week, she’s a fab little girl all round with no developmental issues or anything like that but I’m not sure how to get her out of the nappy at night? It’s always full and that’s with me waking her up and walking her to the toilet before I go to sleep and she does a wee on the toilet. If she is awake she will go to the toilet but if anything it seems like she is such a deep sleeper that she just doesn’t wake up? Any advice would be welcome!

I’m not sure in that one sorry @missgraciea. Hopefully this will bump for you.

Absolutely perfectly normal! More children starting school will be in a night nappy/pull up than not. Night dryness is down to a hormone and it will happen in time... if she's wet every morning than it simply hasn't kicked in yet . There isn't much you can do, that you aren't already doing (except maybe make sure she isn't drinking gallons before bed).

4 kids and two grandchildren here... one of mine was dry at 2..as soon as he was out of nappies in the day he was dry at night. One of mine was day dry at 2 but we were still lifting her at night at 6... her body just didn't wake or hold it.

My dgs is 4 years 5 months, and he refuses to wear a pull up at night, so he's lifted at about midnight (as dd is usually up with baby no 2) and he's dry 3/5 nights but the others still wet and if he deeply asleep he wets.

Honestly it's just a body maturity thing, which is why bed wetting isn't considered a problem until they are at least 7 :)
