18 month old with only 6 teeth

my 18 month dd has only 6 teeth which came about like 6 months ago and nothing after that.

4 at the top and 2 at the bottom

She is otherwise good with development (apart from not speaking anything yet but mama which HV said should be fine and contact again when she’s 2 when she should start speaking more)

any advice ?

Has she seen the Dentist yet @abunoor? If you’ve got a check-up booked I think it’s worth taking her along with you and asking them to have a look.

Not speaking at all at 18 months is a bit usual. Has the HV referred her for a Hearing Test?
