Moro reflex

When did the moro reflex subside in your LO?

My DS2 is 3 months and his has pretty much gone, but I think this may in part be because he is a tummy sleeper (I know, I know - we have a "paranoia pad" as DH calls it under the cot mattress) and so is far less likely to do the flailing arms thing. IIRC, DS1's started to subside around 4 months but took quite a while to go completely, maybe at around 6 months? Mind you, he was a super-twitchy baby and a v light sleeper, whereas DS2 would sleep through anything...
