Sudden bed wetting in 4 year old

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone else is going through the same?
DS is 4 next month, has been dry for around a year. But the last week hes been wetting the bed every night and i cant figure out why.
Ive taken him for a urine check and his blood sugars which are all normal, he is on waiting list for ENT for abnormally large tonsils that make him snore very loudly and sleep apnea.
Just dont know what else could be causing him to do it all of a sudden, ive asked him of anything bothers him etc but he just makes up random stories 😆😆😆 any adbice appriciated!

The one time my DS started wetting tge bed he had tonsillitis. Is he well in himself?

Possible UTI? Rarer in boys I know, but still a possibility.

No UTI his wee was checked along with his blood sugar.
He does have massive tonsils, snores like a fully grown man, hrs on the waiting list for the ENT cause he has a lisp, not sure if its cause of his massive tonsils or if we need to see a speech therapist.
Anyway he seems fine in himself!
