dd is in a toddler bed she is nearly 4 ds1 is in a cotbed he is 19months and due ds2 in sept im not sure what to do.

Do i buy a big bed for dd and put ds1 in the toddler bed so ds2 can have the cotbed or do i keep ds1 in the cot bed for i while longer and buy another cot bed?

i would put ds in little bed my ds went into bed at 19 mths and was fine i used to tuck duvet in on outside and leave open towards the wallso if rolled couldnt roll out but its only small drop anyway but he never did

I would buy a big bed for 4yo and put ds1 in toddler bed. Neither of mine went into little beds. Straight into proper beds.

My DD has just gone into a full size single at 20 months, we needed her cot for DD2. She has been fine although looks teeny tiny in it.

Shift them all up a size. Get bedguards if you are worried about them falling out.

I've put my DD is a full size single bed since about 18/19 months.

All 3 of my dc went into full size single bads at 19 months, I figured as soon as they could climb on and off by themselves they could sleep in one, never bothered with bed guards either.

Thanks everyone.

Dd has just picked out what big bed she wants.

Dh is going to paint the toddler bed blue as its pink at the mo.
