BABY BOYS AND ERECTIONS EEK

I know this is a bit of a strange one but I just have to ask cause I keep wondering.
Ds, 7 months used to very occasionally get a little stiffy when I was changing his nappy, I am aware that it is normal and wasn't realy bothered by it.
The thing is, recently he gets one nearly every time I change his nappy, obviously I wipe his willy to clean it but most of the time it 'pops up' before i've gone anywhere near it.
Is it normal for it to happen this often? Im not a prude by any means, just didn't realise this kind of thing was so frequent...

It gets worse! My three year old has a constant stiffy ... and he's not exactly under-endowed in that area

One thing I've noticed, (and it may or may not be relevant to your son) is that he gets an erection whenever he has a poo.

my baby boy is at his todger every second he is nappy-free. He's always got a stiffy. It's perfectly normal. don't worry

FrannyandZooey · 30/05/2008 14:27

very normal
don't worry

constancereader · 30/05/2008 14:28

my ds is the same

Dalrymps · 30/05/2008 14:29

Oh good, I think
Well, he does 1-2 poos a day so don't think it's that all the time but will keep that in mind and see if there's any correlation between the two...
Glad it's normal, why does no one tell you about these things?

DS gets one when he's ready for a wee.

IHave37PairsOfShoes · 30/05/2008 14:36

My ds (3) is obsessed with his at the moment. I just let him get on with it.

Dalrymps · 30/05/2008 15:47

Oh god, he hasn't started fiddling with it yet, can't wait for that lol

This is merely the beginning.
