Spitting! How to stop it, please someone tell me?

dd3 is a spitter.

have tried time outs, not working. have tried distraction.

how do you stop a three year old spitting?

you go "STOP SPITTING.. IF YOU DO THAT AGAIN I'LL, I'LL " then you give up and post on MN looking for better ideas than the time outs, distraction and telling off

sorry .. am trying to stop a 4 year old putting anything and everything in her mouth atm ... arrrgghhhhh

thats pretty much the stage i'm at twiglett

she has spent more time in time out than playing today.

i feel like taping her mouth

she keeps spitting on my lovely clean windows.

at least your 4year old isnt obsessed with where her 'hole' is and trying to find it all the time.
