Is this baby acne?

Hi all

Apologies as this is probably the wrong place to post but can anyone reassure me that this is likely just baby acne?

Baby is 3 weeks old and I have been hyper vigilant of changes to her skin as when she was born I had a cold sore (it has been gone for a while now) so I’ve been nervous of passing it on (despite rigorous hand washing and absolutely no kissing!)

I know baby acne will go away on its own and is very normal so not worried if that’s all it is!

It does look like baby acne to me though.

Thanks so much 🥰 yes it’s got gradually worse over the last couple of days! I do think it looks like baby acne too but anxious FTM here!

if it got worse and you got cold sore, I would check with trained medical specialist.
