Should I be worried?

I have 6 month old twins.
My son seemed to be a little behind his sister, I wasn’t concerned and he seems to have caught up. However now she seems behind.. maybe regressed even.
She won’t reach for things, on her high chair tray, on the floor, dangled above her or in front. But I’m sure she used to.
She quite often holds her hand in front of her face and just looks at it, and can track objects with her eyes. She can also take her dummy out of her own mouth and bring it down & back to her mouth and will put items in her mouth if put in to her hand.

Should I be concerned? Any similar experiences?

I should add, they were born at full term!

@MamaToTwins2025obviously it's a bit difficult to tell from here but you could do the 6 month Ages & Stages and see if that flags up any concerns. Siring in the grey in a couple of areas is pretty normal.
