Nursery have raised concerns about toddler

My anxiety is through the roof

Nursery called to speak to us today. They have concerns about our daughter (24 months).

They said recently she keeps having meltdowns at nursery
Her speech has regressed and she doesnt have 20-50 words at 2
That socially she's far behind

I've had concerns about my daughter for a while (mainly stimming and slow gross motor development) but I haven't seen any of the above behaviour at home.

At home has about 150-200 words and can say 2-3 words sentences (just simple things like "more yoghurt please"). I told them this and they looked like I was making it up.
I dont know much about personal and social development but on the 24 month asq I can tick every box.
She's generally very happy at home and doesn't cry much

I am currently freaking out that it could be regressive autism. She stims (rotates wrists) and ive had concerns for a while about her odd movements and suffered v badly with post natal anxiety, but have never had concerns about her speech. Now Nursery have recommended private SLT and are referring her to portage and i feel sick to my stomach.

Anyone seen anything like this before? Why would she be acting like this at nursery? Be nice :(

It's common to have SLT involvement in nursery (although they normally don't call in Private ones). As you've already got concerns this is the first step in diagnosis of many conditions and getting the right support they look at all sorts of issues not just Speech.
She may well be different at nursery to at home where she feels safe and secure. How long has she been there?

It maybe other changes in nursery going up to next room, new children, some leaving, staff changes, aggressive child check with nursery if there are other changes.
But seeing SLT is the best start if there is a problem even if it sorts itself out your on the list for help should she need it.
