I have a 7 month old who i am currently trying to get in his own room. He goes in there around 7:30/8 o’clock And then I give him a dream feed at 10 pm, but I then struggle to put him back in his cot and has to go in his next to me or in our bed and he has also recently started waking at 5 am. Should I stop the dream feed or should I continue?

I personally think only feed them when they wake for it so I wouldn't dream feed

you might found he will need you to be in same room all the same... but it's better if you sleep in his room, rather than he sleeping in yours.
