Advice on behaviour

Advice needed, my 9 year old son has become very angry, he doesn't accept No on the simplest of things, he has let himself out of the house on several occasions now, the most recent me telling him he can't play a 16 rated game, resulting in in running away 2 fields down the road and climbing out of the window onto the roof! I am now very concerned 😟, I have tried talking through what may be causing this , a soft approach etc , he is having a few issues at school with a group of boys teasing him ( he has long hair) I'm at my wits end now ,I have the support of a neighbour who has also gently spoken to him about how dangerous this behaviour is , any ideas or advice would be very welcome, I am a line parent and have been since he was 3 months old, a very worried mum 😔

I can imagine that you are worried, that sounds like pretty extreme behaviour.

What’s happening with the bullying? Do school know and do they know about how unhappy he is?
