10 month old shakes

My 10 month old DD is frightened of so many things. Is this normal?
Rugs, grass, sand, water - she draws her feet right up under her bum & refuses to put them down. I put the hoover on daily & she cries & shakes. Anytime I approach anyone apart from my mum or sister, she cries & shakes. She warms up eventually but it takes a while. I’m worried this isn’t normal. Any insight or advice?

Ok so there are a couple of things tou can do. Is getting a robot hoover an option? That way you can set it to work either when she’s asleep or you’re out on a walk.

If she doesn’t like her feet going in different textures, does she have some soft shoes?

It might be worth filling in the 12 month Ages & Stages and seeing how she scores on that.
