No, DD smiled really early on too. Have seen a fair few babies do it. And no - it doesn;t have to just be wind!

Ds2 smiled at 3 weeks too it can definately happen.

The books say six weeks but DD definitely smiled at four weeks.

No DS without a doubt proper smiles at 3 weeks. Photographic evidence and all!

Oh I love it when they do the gummy grin!

Ds was 4 weeks old (the recipient was the pile of ironing iirc) He also said cooo to it!

Dd was more 6/7 weeks
