Anyone else feel this way when they don’t deal with their child’s behaviour well? I feel like absolute 💩.. my sone with SEND acted up massively whilst out earlier and I had just had it with the constant screaming, hitting attempts and swearing so my temper got the better of me. I hate it when we get to that point because I try so hard to regulate myself but I was just so triggered by the whole situation 💔 I’ll honestly feel so crappy about this all day now
