Hi, my daughter got diagnosed with Autism last month, she will be 5 next month.
Her ADOS 2 score was 21, the cut off score is 7. I can't find much information on this online, is this a high score? What does the score go up to?

@bananaramaaaaI would try asking in the SN Children section. There’s bound to be a MNer or two in that section who can give you some more information Smile

Just remember that the ADOS is one of several assessments that is part of the autism assessment process. The ADOS very much takes the observations of a child at face value so the score doesn't really represent the level of autism if that's what you are asking.

The highest you can score is 28, and you need to score 7 and over to indicate evidence of autism from this aspect of the assessment.

Hope that helps
