what tac tics do you apply to a child with ADHD to try and help them to behave??

my ds is 4.5 and has been diagnosed with ADHD a while ago. I have eliminated all the foods that trigger his bad behaviour. i have used sticker charts which work for a while.

Really curious as to what other parents do to control their child with ADHD?

The ladies on there are lovely,too.

My child is sn but not ADHD,but am sure there are a few mums on ther with dcs with this diagnosis.
