teeth how long before another ones comes along?

DS has popped his first tooth at 7mo, how long does it usually take for the next one to appear? and the next? and the next?

i must say he did well with a piece of celery and his one tooth yesterday.

My DD got her first 2 at around 8 months and it took a good couple of months for the next ones to appear.

it varies DD got her 1st at 7mo and the next at 8mo but DS got his 1st at 6mo with the 2nd appearing just a week later

Both mine didn't get teeth until they were past 1 year. DD is being really slow, she's got 6 (four top, two bottom), has had them since 13 months and nothing more since (now 16 months).

I think they're all different I'm afraid so it could be tomorrow or it could be a few months! My ds cut his first tooth at 7.5 months, then his next at 8.5 months and others at 9 months.
