my 8 year old son has moderate hearing loss and currently wears hearing aids. He was diagnosed with this a few years ago and due to this his speech and language has delayed and he is falling behind in school. He currently has one to one sessons and speech and language lessons daily, he also does Kumon. His behaviour fluctuates, he has a short attention span and gets frustrated easily, he doesn’t listen to anybody and has struggles communicating with other children in school and maintaining relationships with them. He can be very rude at times, has outbursts of anger and tantrums. He began to speak by 5 years old and due to this he cannot control his emotions and has become badly behaved. Is there anything else i can put into place for him and any help i can give him to improve behaviour and speech.
