From stay at home mum to full time work, what impact did that have on your kids?

Hello,
I have been a stay at home mum (0 hour contract working from home maybe 8 hours a week after they were in bed) for 6 years. My youngest is now 3 and my oldest 6. Last month I took the plunge and took a full time job.
my youngest has been in nursery since he was 1 but only doing 2 half days a week. He has now changed to 2 full days a week while I’m working in the office. He is at home with me 3 days but I’m working and not paying as much attention to him as I used too. I get help from family on the days I work from home but not for my whole working day.
my eldest has been going to breakfast / after school club on the days I’m in office.

i have noticed both of their behaviour go massively down hill. Tantrums, fighting with each other, hitting (youngest), and not sleeping.

im concerned me going back to work has had a massively negative impact on them. I’m feeling a lot of mum guilt.
im just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences or advice ?
thank you
