me and my 2YOs father work full time due to rising bills we have no choice, im sure a few of you are in the same boat. id love nothing more than to be home with him all the time.
My 2YO has started hitting and kicking at nursery the past few weeks he has only just started doing to us at home, we put him in time out until he is ready to say sorry and listen to why it is wrong, my issue is that nursery as amazing as they are cannot do this and redirection just isn't working, i feel so down and useless with it all its waring me out mentally, time out works at home but once he is back at nursery tues-fri they undo what's been taught and redirecting shows him he can get away with hitting and kicking and just go play with something else, i just don't know what to do ! please tell me its a phase and it will pass
